Privacy Policy

AquaNet does not store personal information about Customers beyond what is strictly needed to connect them with a Supplier. We do not store any payment card, bank, or other financial account information within the app. All payment arrangements are made directly between Customers and the Supplier they choose.

We collect limited information depending on whether you use AquaNet as a Supplier or a Customer:

• Account information — name, phone number, email address, and business details (for Suppliers) needed to create and operate an account.
• Location / service area — a general area or address used to match Customers with Suppliers serving that location.
• Order details — items ordered, delivery preferences, and order status, shared with the relevant Supplier to fulfill the order.
• Usage data — basic app interaction data (e.g., pages viewed, features used) to help us maintain and improve the app.
• Device information — device type, operating system, and app version, used for troubleshooting and compatibility.

• We do not store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers within the app.
• We do not retain detailed personal profiles of Customers beyond what is required to place and track an order.
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.

• To connect Customers with Suppliers serving their area.
• To enable Suppliers to manage inventory, deliveries, customer records, and billing for their own business.
• To facilitate communication between Customers and Suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the AquaNet platform.
• To send service-related notifications, such as order or delivery updates.

Because AquaNet functions as a bridge between Suppliers and Customers, order and contact details a Customer provides when placing an order are shared with the Supplier selected for that order so the Supplier can fulfill it. Suppliers are independent businesses responsible for handling this information in accordance with applicable law.

We may also share limited information with service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting or analytics providers), and where required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AquaNet, our users, or the public.

We retain account and order information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AquaNet is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

• You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time within the app.
• You may request deletion of your account and data — see our Account Deletion page for instructions.
• You may opt out of non-essential notifications through your device or app settings.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, such as the right to request a copy of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy in the app with a revised “Last updated” date.
