Terms of Service

AquaNet is a technology platform that acts solely as a bridge connecting independent drinking water Suppliers with Customers in their service area. AquaNet helps Suppliers manage their inventory, deliveries, customer records, billing, and marketing, and helps Customers discover and order from Suppliers operating near them.

AquaNet is not a drinking water supplier itself and does not manufacture, bottle, package, deliver, or otherwise handle any water products. All products and delivery services are provided directly by independent Suppliers, who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, pricing, and timeliness of the goods and services they offer.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account on AquaNet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Supplier accounts must represent a legitimate, operating drinking water supply business.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized persons to access it.
• You are responsible for promptly updating your account information if it changes.

Suppliers use AquaNet to list their business, manage inventory and deliveries, communicate with Customers, and process billing for orders placed through the platform. Suppliers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of AquaNet.

Each Supplier is solely responsible for the quality and safety of the drinking water and products they sell, compliance with applicable food, health, and safety laws, accurate pricing and delivery commitments, and fulfilling orders placed by Customers.

Customers use AquaNet to search for, compare, and place orders with Suppliers serving their area. When you place an order, you are entering into a direct transaction with the Supplier you select — AquaNet is not a party to that transaction.

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information, treat Suppliers and their delivery personnel respectfully, and pay for orders as agreed with the Supplier.

AquaNet does not process or store payment card, bank account, or other financial account information within the app. Depending on the Supplier, payment may be arranged directly with the Supplier (e.g., cash on delivery, bank transfer, or a payment method the Supplier provides). AquaNet is not responsible for payment disputes between Customers and Suppliers.

Because AquaNet acts only as a bridge between Suppliers and Customers, all refunds, cancellations, and order-related disputes must be handled directly with the Supplier the Customer ordered from. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

• Using AquaNet for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent business or product information.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to AquaNet’s systems.
• Circumventing the platform to avoid applicable fees where such fees apply.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Suppliers, Customers, or AquaNet staff.

AquaNet and its logos, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by TekExpertz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

AquaNet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Supplier listings, the quality of products or delivery services, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaNet and TekExpertz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from transactions, products, or services provided by Suppliers, as AquaNet is not a party to those transactions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise pose a risk to the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email where possible. Continued use of AquaNet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
